I really like the fact that GreenGeeks is well, Green! It's good to see a socially responsible company, when so many companies are just into making huge profits while not looking at any of the repercussios. Beyond them being socially responsible, they are one of a kind! I called their technical support, on the phone, and an English speaking person answered that knew how to handle my request. You do not find that these days.
This was on a Sunday evening. All other times I have asked for their support, including via e-mail and live chat I was always able to get someone and quick replies too!
